Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and IFRS standards while providing accurate financial information to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all financial and accounting processes comply with company/group policies and applicable IFRS.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management accounts using Dynamics 365 and other operational software.
• Provide real‑time financial reports, analysis and cost monitoring to drive business performance.
• Track project costs versus budgets and take corrective actions to avoid overruns.
• Collaborate with procurement to meet cost, quality and payment term targets.
• Maintain regular contact with project teams for up‑to‑date information.
• Draft the annual budget and quarterly budget reviews for management and board approval.
• Oversee bank guarantees and letters of credit to avoid delays or fines.
• Coordinate monthly account reconciliations with internal clients and external auditors.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting; MBA‑Finance preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA or CPA are a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English.
