Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will serve as the primary finance partner for one of Chalhoub Group's luxury brands. You will ensure robust financial control, deliver accurate reporting, and provide commercial insight to support day‑to‑day trading decisions. The role also supports a new strategic project, embedding financial discipline, scalability and governance from the outset.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main business finance partner for the assigned brand, delivering strong financial control and insightful reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Retail, General Management and Ecommerce teams to inform decision‑making and drive overall performance.
• Prepare and analyse weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc financial reports covering sales, margin and inventory.
• Monitor and enhance profitability of the liquidation business, maintaining tight cost, pricing and stock efficiency controls.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with commercial plans and trading outcomes.
• Provide financial input into operational initiatives and the new strategic project.
