Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial function for our regional operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting and control. You will work closely with local management to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and direct professional staff handling forecasting, planning, budgeting and financial controls.
• Collate, prepare and interpret financial information for local management and recommend actions.
• Analyze costs, pricing, sales results and performance versus business plans, including competitor and market research.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, streamline processes and manage local tax matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory bodies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in financial, tax regulations and legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management position.
• Professional qualification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
