Finance Manager

About the role

Vistra is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of Finance Officers and act as the outsourced DFSA Authorised Finance Officer for a portfolio of regulated client entities in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain fit and proper status with the regulator, oversee regulatory compliance, and submit EPRS returns on behalf of clients.
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Officers, ensuring consistent service delivery and KPI achievement.
• Manage client portfolios, drive revenue growth, and identify cross‑sell opportunities across Vistra’s service lines.
• Oversee statutory audit, tax compliance, and preparation of financial projections and business plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar finance role within a regulated environment.
• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA) and registration with DFSA/FSRA preferred.
• Strong people‑management skills with a proven track record of leading teams against KPIs.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounts production.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Xero and QuickBooks.
