About the role
The role supports the evaluation and execution of investment, M&A, and strategic transactions across the GCC, offering exposure to financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio value creation while working with senior investment professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute M&A, private equity, and strategic investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and investment committee materials.
- Conduct commercial, financial, operational, and market due diligence.
- Support transaction execution from origination through completion and coordinate with advisors.
Required profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity or Principal Investments.
- Strong transaction execution experience and advanced financial modelling skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
