Finance Manager – Luxury Real Estate Development

About the role
The company, a leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is expanding its corporate finance team. Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will lead a team of six accountants and oversee all financial operations of the group.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate financial reporting for the group.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow plans.
- Implement and monitor financial controls across multiple subsidiaries.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring high‑quality technical accounting.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in real‑estate development.
- Proven experience managing an accounting team and working across several entities.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial controls.
- UAE experience and excellent analytical and communication skills.
