Finance Manager (Manufacturing/FMCG)

About the role

Arab & India Spices is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function at the head office in Ajman Industrial Area. The role will support strategic decision‑making across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics by ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting and control.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management information reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the whole group.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax and other statutory regulations.
• Monitor production costing, raw material expenses and inventory valuation.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with banks and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounts team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CA, CMA, ACCA or CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or trading.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Tally or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
• Knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis expertise.
