Finance Manager – Media Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our media agency in Dubai. The role involves overseeing planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance and providing strategic financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting activities, including AP, AR, payroll and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT and other financial laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and profitability.
• Support senior management with strategic recommendations and risk analysis.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA preferred.
• Previous finance experience within a media or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of agency financial operations, client billing and revenue tracking.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate finance practices and local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
