Finance Manager - Operational Finance & ERP

About the role

A client of Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Finance Manager in Dubai to lead operational finance, financial reporting, ERP implementation and finance process improvement in a real estate and hospitality environment. The role is full-time and on-site, reporting to the CFO, and suits a hands-on finance professional with strong UAE experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, accounting controls and financial reporting
• Oversee monthly closing, management accounts, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
• Support ERP implementation, process mapping, system optimisation and finance workflow automation
• Work with ERP systems including Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ensure accurate financial records, internal controls and compliance with UAE regulations
• Partner with operations teams across real estate, hospitality and service-based business units
• Improve finance processes, reporting structures, approval flows and control frameworks
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial insights and reports for the CFO and senior management
• Support audits, VAT compliance, documentation and statutory reporting

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' finance experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE
• Strong background in real estate and/or hospitality
• Proven experience supporting or leading ERP implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA or CA are an advantage

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Odoo (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (highly advantageous)
• Strong operational finance, reporting, budgeting and control experience
• Excellent understanding of UAE VAT, compliance and financial documentation
