Finance Manager – Regional Leadership

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function across 17 Business Units in nine Middle Eastern countries, supporting three business lines within a leading international engineering and construction group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial activities across 17 Business Units in 9 Middle Eastern countries.
• Support three distinct Business Lines with diverse operational and commercial requirements.
• Manage complex project accounting and cash‑flow considerations within the construction sector.
• Coordinate taxation, banking, compliance, audit, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop a multicultural, geographically dispersed finance team.
• Oversee contract management, payment terms, guarantees, joint ventures, and collections.
• Deliver financial analysis and performance insights to support management decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through digitalisation, reporting automation, and finance process enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting management experience, including at least 5 years of international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury, and compliance.
• Proven experience managing multi‑entity, multi‑currency, multi‑country reporting within an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes, and group reporting standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
