Finance Operations Specialist

About the role

Analog is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to design, own, and continuously improve the finance plumbing that moves money cleanly across the business. You will sit at the centre of procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, treasury and reporting workflows, collaborating with finance, procurement, people and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash cycles, from requisition and approval through invoicing, payment and collection.
• Design, document and enhance finance processes, approval matrices and internal controls as the company scales.
• Maintain supplier and customer master data, including onboarding, verification and payment term governance.
• Manage daily banking operations, payment runs and multi‑currency bank portals; produce cash‑flow forecasts and monitor working capital.
• Act as functional owner of finance systems (ERP, expense and payment tools), lead implementations, integrations and data migrations.
• Build reporting dashboards for leadership, ensure data integrity across systems and reconcile where integrations are incomplete.
• Support UAE VAT, corporate tax and WPS compliance, prepare audit‑ready schedules and partner with procurement, project and people teams to align budgets and commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of hands‑on finance operations experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong practical ownership of an ERP or accounting platform (e.g., NetSuite, Odoo, Xero, QuickBooks) and expense/payment tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large transaction datasets.
• Process‑mindset with a proven track record of documenting, simplifying and automating finance workflows.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and IFRS as applied to daily operations.
