Finance Specialist – Treasury

About the role

The Finance Specialist – Treasury will join the finance team in Dubai, supporting treasury and financial operations. The role focuses on cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, and financial analysis to ensure effective working capital and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Manage relationships with banks, oversee account reconciliations, and support facilities, guarantees and letters of credit.
• Prepare treasury and cash management reports, analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, monitor foreign exchange and interest‑rate exposure.
• Coordinate with finance, accounting, procurement and external partners, delivering accurate financial information.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance or financial management.
• Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
