Financial Accountant – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing the full accounting cycle for property sales, rentals and commissions while ensuring compliance with UAE tax and reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Record and reconcile property sales, rental income, commissions and other real‑estate transactions.
• Process agent commissions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns in accordance with local regulations.
• Support budgeting, cash‑flow management, internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience within the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
