Real Estate Sales Agent – Dubai

About the role

Whitewill is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join its Dubai team. You will work with qualified leads, handling both rentals and sales across luxury properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming rental inquiries, qualify leads and respond promptly.
• Match client requirements with suitable properties, arrange viewings and negotiate terms.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, rental documentation and ensure all transaction paperwork is complete.
• Maintain accurate client and property data in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of Dubai real‑estate experience, preferably in sales or rentals.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s key communities, developers and property types.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• UAE driving licence is highly recommended.
