Financial Crime Compliance PMO Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) PMO Manager / Senior Manager to lead the delivery of FCC projects, regulatory remediation programmes, and supervisory actions in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of FCC projects, programmes, supervisory actions and management commitments.
• Establish and maintain robust PMO governance frameworks, including project plans, milestones, dependencies and risk registers.
• Produce senior‑management, steering‑committee and regulatory reporting, tracking closure of findings and remediation items.
• Coordinate between Compliance, FCC, IT, Operations, Risk, Internal Audit and Business teams.
• Support external vendors, manage scope changes and ensure deliverables meet quality standards for regulatory scrutiny.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing complex FCC or regulatory change programmes within a banking or regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of AML/CFT, FCC frameworks and regulatory remediation expectations.
• Proven PMO and governance expertise, including RAID management and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills.
