Financial Modeler / Analyst – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

A multinational company based in Dubai is looking for a Financial Modeler / Analyst to support the evaluation, development and execution of investment opportunities in infrastructure and plant projects. The role covers financial analysis, project financing, investment evaluation, due diligence, transaction support and stakeholder management. It is an on-site position in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the infrastructure and plant sectors.
• Coordinate business meetings and prepare meeting reports and presentations.
• Support project development, structuring, valuation, negotiation, bidding and investment activities.
• Assist in project financing and support the structuring and negotiation of key project agreements, including EPC contracts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess project feasibility and investment viability.
• Conduct financial, commercial and operational due diligence.
• Review legal, technical and commercial documents relevant to project transactions.
• Prepare investment papers, briefing notes and internal approval documents for management review.
• Liaise with external advisors, consultants, developers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Support asset management activities after project financial close.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, industrial plants, energy or similar project-based industries.
• Exposure to project finance, investment analysis, M&A transactions or financial advisory is an advantage.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
