FinTech Product Specialist – Digital Financial Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable FinTech Product Specialist to design, implement, and grow digital financial products. The role works closely with product, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and business teams to turn financial requirements into scalable, customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective FinTech product solutions.
• Support design, development, implementation, and enhancement of digital financial products.
• Evaluate existing platforms, conduct market research, and identify emerging FinTech trends.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, data teams, and vendors throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and manage risks with compliance and security teams.
• Prepare presentations, business cases, reports, and dashboards for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, IT, FinTech, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in FinTech, financial services, product management, technology consulting or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of digital financial services, payment systems, and technology‑driven business models.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and product‑development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
