First Officer – Lineage

About the role

ExecuJet Aviation Group is seeking a qualified First Officer – Lineage to join its Flight Operations team in the United Arab Emirates. The role is based in the region and involves supporting the Pilot‑in‑Command on a variety of corporate and business jet missions while ensuring safety, compliance, and a high level of service for passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Pilot‑in‑Command and passengers when aircraft defects or operational issues arise.
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with ExecuJet Middle East Private Operations Manual, SOPs, and applicable civil aviation regulations.
• Assist the PIC with pre‑flight paperwork, airworthiness checks, and safety briefings.
• Maintain continuous navigation checks, terrain clearance, and situational awareness during flight.
• Ensure passenger travel documents are correct and provide briefings on journey time, weather, and potential delays.
• Uphold crew discipline, professional appearance, and the reputation of ExecuJet.
• Report any faults, malfunctions, or incidents that could affect airworthiness.

Required profile

• ATPL with a current type rating.
• Minimum 1,500 total flight hours, including 1,000 multi‑engine and 500 jet hours.
• Experience in corporate/business aviation.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
