Fit-out Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager

About the role

Turnkey Renovations seeks a proactive Fit-out Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. The role combines on‑site supervision with project coordination, offering a pathway to senior project management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works follow approved drawings.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and clients to meet project schedules.
• Monitor timelines, track material deliveries and manage site logistics.
• Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies and communicate issues.
• Conduct quality checks on finishing works and resolve snags promptly.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, material requirements and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
• Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in the UAE fit‑out sector.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
