Fitness Coach – Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

SIRO One Za'abeel is a globally‑integrated fitness and recovery hotel where wellbeing meets hospitality. As a Fitness Coach you will interact with guests and members, delivering group exercise classes, personal training sessions and ensuring an exceptional fitness experience that aligns with the brand’s philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest and member using the facilities.
• Conduct inductions, health profiles and high‑quality personal training programs.
• Plan, deliver and update group‑exercise class timetables and new class initiatives.
• Track class utilisation and maintain safety, cleanliness and functionality of fitness areas.
• Prescribe programmes based on client goals and monitor progress.
• Promote internal and external wellness programmes and services.
• Enforce gym rules, report faults promptly and contribute to departmental financial targets.
• Participate in daily fitness briefings, weekly meetings and maintain accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Degree in Sports, Exercise Science or related field.
• National personal training certification (REP Level A equivalent).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and sociable personality.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Excellent administrative skills and ability to coach and motivate clients.
• Flexible schedule – available evenings, weekends and holidays.
