Fitness Instructor – 5★ Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Instructor to join our 5‑star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi, delivering personalized and group fitness sessions for guests and members. You will create tailored exercise programs, conduct assessments, and ensure a safe, motivating environment that reflects our high‑end hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one and group fitness sessions, including gym instruction, functional training, stretching and mobility work.
• Conduct fitness assessments, develop personalized exercise programs, and monitor guest progress.
• Demonstrate correct techniques and ensure all activities are performed safely and professionally.
• Provide exceptional 5‑star guest service, engaging with guests to understand their wellness goals.
• Maintain the fitness centre, equipment and training areas to luxury hotel standards, adhering to health, safety and hygiene procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer or similar role.
• Experience in a 5‑star hotel, luxury resort or premium fitness club is strongly preferred.
• Recognized fitness or personal training certification from an accredited organization.
• Excellent English communication and guest‑service skills with a professional presentation.
