Fitness Instructor (GRX)

About the role

A fitness studio in Abu Dhabi is looking for a GRX-certified fitness instructor to teach group classes. The position is open and offers a total package of AED 10,000 including housing, transport and other allowances.

Key responsibilities

• Teach group classes according to qualifications, experience and the studio schedule.
• Plan and prepare exercise programmes for group classes on a weekly basis.
• Deliver energetic and engaging classes in English.
• Monitor and correct exercises during classes.
• Track and support client progress.
• Take part in internal team meetings and company events from time to time.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Experience working as a full-time employee in a gym or studio.
• GRX certificate and a high degree, preferably in sport.

What we offer

• Total salary of AED 10,000 including housing, transport and other allowances.
• 100 hours of group-class teaching per month, within a 48-hour working week.
• 30 days of paid annual leave after 12 months of employment.
• Airfare covered by the employer and a possible salary advance for the first month's accommodation, deducted in three installments.
• 6-month probation period.
• Possibility of private sessions outside the studio, arranged and managed by the company.
