Fitness Instructor

About the role

The First Group Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Fitness Instructor to lead group classes, personal training sessions, and wellness activities for hotel guests and members. You will create a motivating environment, tailor fitness programs, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes and one‑to‑one personal training sessions.
• Design customized fitness programs aligned with guest goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments and provide consultations.
• Welcome guests, monitor performance, and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully equipped gym floor.
• Report maintenance issues and support class scheduling.
• Promote and upsell personal training, memberships, and wellness packages.
• Assist with sales of fitness‑related retail items and participate in seasonal promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury fitness, wellness club, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, posture, and safe equipment usage.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel setting.
