About the role
Wellfit is looking for a Fitness Instructor in Sharjah to be the face of the gym floor and create experiences that inspire members to reach their goals. The role sits within a growing team behind Wellfit's fitness centres, which combine facilities, expert trainers, technology and a wide range of fitness experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Engage, motivate and support members on the gym floor and cardio area
- Provide exercise guidance, technique correction and fitness advice
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised training environment
- Educate members on equipment usage and gym etiquette
- Monitor facility standards and report maintenance requirements
- Build strong member relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
Required profile
- 2+ years of fitness industry experience
- REPs Level 3 or equivalent fitness certification
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and training principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for helping members succeed in their fitness journey
