Strength and Conditioning Coach - Dubai

About the role

Project Reshape is a Dubai-based team of elite fitness coaches with more than 20 years of experience, offering one-to-one and online coaching to people recovering from injury and those wanting to get healthier, fitter and stronger. It is hiring a full-time hybrid Strength and Conditioning Coach based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized strength and conditioning programs for a diverse client base, including general population and athletic clients.
• Assess client needs, monitor progress, adjust training plans and ensure safe and effective exercise technique.
• Work with clients recovering from injury and collaborate with other coaches or health professionals when needed.
• Educate clients on training principles, recovery and performance optimization.
• Deliver both in-person sessions and online coaching, keeping clear communication and high professional standards across all platforms.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Sports Science, applying evidence-based principles to training and program design.
• Demonstrated expertise in strength and conditioning and strength training for general fitness and performance-focused clients.
• Experience improving athletic performance through structured progression, testing and performance monitoring.
• Skills in injury prevention, including movement assessment, risk reduction and safe exercise prescription.
• Relevant certification such as CSCS, UKSCA or equivalent.
• Previous coaching experience in gyms, sports or performance settings, ideally with international or multicultural clients.
• Eligibility to work and relocate to Dubai; candidates from the UK, Europe, USA and Canada are encouraged to apply.

• Comfort with hybrid working, including online delivery of sessions and progress updates.
