Fitness Trainer

About the role

As a Fitness Trainer at Rosewood Abu Dhabi you will create personalized wellness journeys for guests and members, delivering the high‑service standards of a Forbes Five‑Star resort. Working within the Spa & Recreation team, you will assess fitness needs, design tailored programs and support guests throughout their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual fitness assessments and deliver customized training sessions.
• Design fitness programmes focused on weight management, strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
• Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques and safe equipment usage.
• Monitor guest progress, adjust programmes as needed and motivate participants.
• Maintain the fitness centre’s presentation, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Promote personal training services and fitness memberships through genuine recommendations.

Required profile

• Passion for fitness, wellbeing and helping others achieve health goals.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality, wellness or fitness environment where guest service is paramount.
• Recognized certification in personal training, fitness instruction or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise programming and safe training practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, professional setting.
