Fleet Operator (M/F) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and customer‑focused Fleet Operator to manage daily fleet operations in Dubai, supporting clients and ensuring vehicles are maintained and operational.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operations of the company fleet, including vehicle movements for inspections, registrations and permits.
• Respond to client calls, inquiries and breakdown requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, arrange immediate support and follow‑up on repairs with workshops.
• Prepare accurate departure, return, handover and condition reports and keep up‑to‑date records of maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain fleet documentation such as registrations, insurance, permits and produce regular fleet performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fleet operations, transportation or vehicle rental.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to speak Hindi.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence and confidence driving manual‑transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service, problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.
