Flight Dispatch / Key Account Executive

About the role

DC Aviation Al Futtaim (DCAF), a joint venture business aviation company based at Al-Maktoum International Airport, is hiring a Flight Dispatch / Key Account Executive in Dubai. The role has a dual function: as Key Account Executive it reports through to the Director, Ground Operations, and on flight dispatch matters it reports to the Director, Flight Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between the customer and the company's departments, responding promptly by phone and email and handling customer inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate flight requests from the account holder with OCC, Crew Planning and Maintenance, and coordinate maintenance schedules and invoicing with the Finance department.
• Assist with charter sales enquiries and flight setup.
• Manage customer requests on early and late shifts and weekends, coordinating handling activities and third-party services through the German Operations Control Center.
• Dispatch DCAF-managed aircraft according to UAE GCAA CAR-OPS requirements (including CAR-OPS 1.080) in shift duty.
• Allocate ground operations tasks, collate and distribute crew briefings and reports, and monitor flight progress.
• Organize support for aircraft and crew through Crew Services and OCC, including briefing packages and crew scheduling information, and consider downgraded aircraft equipment (Minimum Equipment List).

Required profile

• High school certificate.
• Valid unrestricted UAE driver's license (essential).
• Previous aviation experience in a similar role (essential).
• Valid UAE GCAA Dispatcher License.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Permanent residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate; applicants must state which role they are applying for.
