Flight Operations Coordinator & Aviation Safety Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Flight Operations Coordinator / Aviation Safety Officer to support flight operations, operational planning, safety monitoring, compliance activities, and risk‑management initiatives in a fully remote, part‑time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily flight operations, schedules, operational requirements and related documentation.
• Monitor flight plans, operational changes, delays, disruptions and schedule adjustments.
• Facilitate information flow between flight crews, dispatch, maintenance, ground teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, checklists and flight‑related documentation.
• Identify hazards, safety concerns and potential risk areas; support safety risk assessments and mitigation.
• Track safety performance indicators, trends and improvement actions; assist with internal safety audits and inspections.
• Prepare operational summaries, safety reports, dashboards and management updates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in flight operations, aviation coordination, aviation safety or airline operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Aviation Management, Aviation Safety, Operations Management or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, aviation operational standards and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work independently with distributed teams.
