Floor Supervisor – Eataly

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Floor Supervisor to lead the front‑of‑house team at Eataly in Dubai. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining brand standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customers' bill payments and address any complaints.
• Oversee staff work and ensure adherence to brand preparation techniques.
• Assist guests by greeting them, presenting menus, and checking satisfaction at the table.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures, following all norms and guidelines.
• Conduct monthly inventory of brand equipment.
• Maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Plan and assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor results, provide training, and relay team requests to management.

Required profile

• Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
• 3–4 years of F&B operations experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Teamwork level 2, Commercial Understanding level 2, Customer Focus level 3.
• Decision Making level 1, Initiative level 3, Cultural Awareness level 2.
• Developing and Motivating Others level 3.
