Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for building high‑quality mobile applications for corporate banking and financial services, working closely with design, product, QA, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, from design through implementation, demo, and handover.
• Develop and maintain Flutter codebases in a mono‑repo environment, preferably using Melos.
• Implement state management using Bloc and Cubit.
• Create custom animations with AnimationController and Lottie, and ensure smooth widget transitions.
• Integrate platform channels for native functionality.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise or GitHub Actions) for mobile releases.
• Document code thoroughly with dartdoc, inline comments, and handover playbooks.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Prior or parallel native mobile development experience is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of layered and clean architecture.
• Experience in corporate banking or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai five days a week.
