About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team in Dubai as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where you will lead daily restaurant operations and create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

Supervise all food and drink venues, ensuring adherence to brand standards, service quality, and operational guidelines.
Coach, train and develop team members, participate in recruitment, performance appraisals and manage shift handovers.
Handle guest queries promptly, gather feedback and implement improvements to boost satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations, and local laws while overseeing inventory and financial close‑outs.

Required profile

Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage or hotel environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop staff, manage performance and address operational issues.
Experience in the hotel industry is highly advantageous.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
