About the role
Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team in Dubai as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where you will lead daily restaurant operations and create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all food and drink venues, ensuring adherence to brand standards, service quality, and operational guidelines.
- Coach, train and develop team members, participate in recruitment, performance appraisals and manage shift handovers.
- Handle guest queries promptly, gather feedback and implement improvements to boost satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations, and local laws while overseeing inventory and financial close‑outs.
Required profile
- Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage or hotel environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop staff, manage performance and address operational issues.
- Experience in the hotel industry is highly advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
