Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily service operations in the Four Seasons Dubai DIFC, ensuring high‑quality guest experiences in a luxury boutique hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the work area for service with pre‑ and post‑service checks and mise‑en‑place.
• Direct colleagues, manage the sequence of service, and take orders, serve or prepare food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Engage with guests sensitively, anticipate needs, resolve concerns promptly, and handle special requests.
• Provide visible leadership, recognize team performance, and maintain public relations.
• Train and coach team members to meet cultural, core standards and SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with assistant managers, the manager and chef to ensure inter‑departmental coordination.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Technical education in hospitality management or service methods preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
