About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay as a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will deliver warm, efficient, and personalized service across restaurant and in‑room dining operations in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to hotel standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, answering menu‑related questions.
• Support daily In‑Room Dining operations, preparing trays, delivering orders, and ensuring guest privacy.
• Collect service equipment from guest rooms and keep the In‑Room Dining area clean and organized.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen and Front Office teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
