Food & Beverage Associate

About the role

The Food & Beverage Associate will support the Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah by preparing and delivering food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant, pool, gym, rooms and other outlet areas. You will work closely with the waiting staff and kitchen to ensure a smooth, timely and high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare service items such as cutlery, bread baskets and ensure all equipment and surfaces are clean.
• Coordinate orders so that dishes reach guests efficiently and on time.
• Maintain full knowledge of the menu to assist guests and waiting staff.
• Attend all menu‑related training sessions.
• Execute table planning, memorising multiple orders simultaneously.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in all outlet areas, including rooms, gym and pool.
• Follow safe and sanitary food handling procedures.
• Check supplies, receive stock and store it appropriately.
• Monitor tables for upcoming courses and communicate with kitchen and waiting staff.
• Take guest orders, provide information and relay details clearly to colleagues.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience in food and beverage service.
• Ability to work safely and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Strong memory for handling multiple orders and table plans.
• Willingness to attend training and learn the full menu.
