Food & Beverage Associate

About the role

Miral Experiences is looking for a Food & Beverage Associate to deliver high‑quality service at its attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will greet guests, take orders, and help create a clean, safe, and enjoyable dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverage options.
• Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve dishes and drinks according to standard procedures.
• Upsell drinks, side orders and suggest menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, manage the cash float and remit daily sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, stock condiment stations, and sweep/mop floors as required.
• Follow health, safety and HACCP guidelines, and attend mandatory food safety training.
• Manage the waiting list and seating to ensure smooth flow during peak periods.
• Address guest complaints courteously and apply recovery solutions in line with company policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Bilingual communication (preferably Arabic and English).
• Upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Cash handling and POS operation.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and hygiene standards.
