Food & Beverage Attendant – All Day Dining

About the role

We are currently seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our All‑Day Dining team at a leading hotel in Dubai. In this role you will deliver exceptional service to guests throughout the day, from breakfast through dinner, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper plating and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, clear plates and respond to additional requests.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions following proper procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, set up tables and utensils.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage attendant or in a similar customer‑service role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in order taking and table setup.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to operate a POS system.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in a dining setting.
