Food & Beverage Attendant – Dubai

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will be the front‑line host for guests aboard the iconic Queen Elizabeth II floating hotel in Dubai. You will ensure a seamless dining experience by providing accurate information, handling orders, and maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with menu selections, promotions and special requests.
• Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage items, preparation methods and current offers.
• Process cash and credit‑card transactions accurately.
• Verify reservation details and guest orders for correctness.
• Visit tables to confirm guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Hospitality background is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Calm, courteous and attentive to guest needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera POS system.
• Cash and credit‑card transaction handling.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation policies.
