About the role
Join NH Collection Dubai The Palm as a Food & Beverage Attendant delivering in‑room dining service. You will create memorable experiences for guests by providing friendly, professional and efficient service in line with hotel standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, present menus, take orders accurately and recommend items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensure correct presentation and maintain clean service areas.
- Process guest bills and payments, communicate feedback and special requests to supervisors.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other teams to ensure smooth service and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills and fluent spoken English.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in a fast‑paced team.
- Well‑groomed, professional appearance and flexible to handle opening and closing duties.
