Food & Beverage Crew

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Crew members to join our team at The First Collection Marina in Dubai. The role involves supporting the F&B outlets and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange serving cutlery, bread baskets and other service items, maintaining clean equipment and surfaces.
• Coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery to guests in restaurants, rooms, gym, pool or beach club.
• Serve food and beverages, monitor table progress, and communicate with waiting and kitchen staff.
• Check stock levels, receive supplies and store them appropriately.
• Assist with VIP guests, special requests and table turnovers during service.
• Perform cleaning tasks during and after service to keep guest areas immaculate.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of the Food & Beverage department and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication with guests, colleagues and kitchen staff.
• Pro‑active, energetic attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with at least one month of experience are welcome.
