About the role
The Food & Beverage Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience. This role supports the overall F&B operation, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations received via phone and email.
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Monitor table rotation to optimize seating efficiency.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with LQA standards and luxury hotel environments.
- Strong guest interaction and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written abilities.
