About the role

Join the Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island team as a Food & Beverage Hostess, delivering warm, personalized service to guests in a luxury 5‑star environment. You will be the first point of contact for diners, ensuring they feel welcomed and well‑informed about the resort’s culinary offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide detailed information on menu items, beverage lists, promotions, and preparation methods.
• Assist guests with menu selections, answering questions and offering recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards when handling food and beverages.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a hostess in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus and promotions.
• Understanding of safety and sanitation policies related to food service.
