Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service to ensure the highest guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement plans that meet hotel F&B targets and profitability goals.
• Manage the F&B team, fostering growth, performance and a culture of excellence.
• Control departmental budget, costs and inventory while maintaining productivity.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food & beverage service with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on managerial style with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and provide sound recommendations.
• High personal integrity and capacity to work in a demanding environment.
• Strong communication skills.
