Food & Beverage Intern – 6‑Month Internship

About the role

The Food & Beverage Intern will join the F&B team at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, supporting daily operations and guest service in a dynamic hotel environment. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in banquet setup, cashiering, and beverage dispensing.

Key responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually in correct uniform with name badge and palm pin.
• Gather and transport supplies for function setups and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Set up and unset function rooms, including table settings, according to standards.
• Perform cashiering and beverage dispensing tasks as assigned by Banquet Management.
• Maintain clean, safe, and secure service and storage areas.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and on‑site changes courteously.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) with good communication skills.
• Well‑presented, professionally groomed, and able to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Guest‑oriented, service‑minded with attention to quality and detail.
