About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Food & Beverage Intern at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, you will support dining and event services while delivering memorable experiences for guests. This role offers hands‑on exposure across bar, restaurant, room service and events.
Key responsibilities
- Learn all F&B operations by working across the bar, restaurant, room service and events.
- Delight guests by greeting them warmly, taking and serving orders accurately, and maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare tables with precision, including setting, arranging tableware and folding napkins for dining and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety by keeping work areas organized and tidy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to protect guests and team members.
