Food & Beverage Marketing Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing initiatives for Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort’s dining venues, events and seasonal campaigns. This role combines brand storytelling, digital content creation and partnership development to boost awareness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for F&B outlets, special events and seasonal promotions.
• Create digital content – photography, videography, graphics, email campaigns and promotional materials – aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, including planning, scheduling and community engagement.
• Maintain content calendars, monitor performance metrics and provide regular analytical reports.
• Plan and optimise paid digital campaigns, SEO, email marketing and content marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with influencers, media partners and local tourism organisations to expand reach.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with F&B, Operations, Sales and Revenue teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
