Food & Beverage Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our F&B outlets at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, an exclusive beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The role will shape integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal activations and partnerships to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated Food & Beverage marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, and on‑property channels.
• Develop and deliver seasonal activations, promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, influencer collaborations and special events for all F&B outlets.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Jumeirah brand standards while creating compelling content, storytelling and guest communications across all touchpoints.
• Analyse campaign performance, market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to maximise ROI and support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Corporate Brand, IT, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with external partners such as creative, digital, social media, PR, production agencies, suppliers and publishers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7–8 years of progressive marketing experience in luxury hospitality, premium Food & Beverage brands or high‑end lifestyle concepts, with a strong focus on F&B marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; professional marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM) are an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
