Food & Beverage Reservations Agent

About the role

The Food & Beverage Reservations Agent is responsible for handling all restaurant reservation enquiries for SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, converting guest inquiries into confirmed bookings and delivering personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage online bookings, emails and phone calls for restaurant reservations and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Promote loyalty programmes, F&B activations, promotions and partnerships to maximise sales.
• Prepare proposals, pro‑forma invoices and process payments for special events and group bookings.
• Assist the hostess with guest seating, answer calls during peak periods and support restaurant managers on special projects.
• Maintain equipment, follow health‑safety, sustainability and lost‑and‑found procedures, and ensure regular attendance.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of English (and Arabic is an advantage) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems such as Micros, Opera and Seven Rooms.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use reservation software.
