About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Westin Dubai Marina, handling everything from table setup to guest interaction while maintaining high standards of safety and service.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests efficiently.
- Maintain clean work areas and supplies, ensuring all equipment is ready for service.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
- Read and verify menu information, ensuring accurate service delivery.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
